As part of The Daniels Corporation and the City of Toronto’s Regent Park Revitalization, a 29-storey tower and two rows of three-storey townhouses have been proposed for the northwest corner of River and Shuter. The tower would feature 346 market-rate rental units, while the townhouses would feature 24 condominium suites. The project is designed by Page + Steele / IBI Group.
